The support contract is like an insurance than ensure that in times of need, we have suitably qualified support staff available to help you resolve the problem.
The following services are covered inside your support contract:
- Training
- Our support portal provide training resources that you can use to run in-house training
- Topic Specific Support
- The SoEasy Evolved version has a Help function for every procedure which links you to the topic specific help section
- General help which is not covered in 'Paid Services'
- If the solution is on our support portal, you can review the solution
- If the solution is not on our portal, we will create the solution
- Updates
- We provide regular updates for the SoEasy Modules you have purchased. If not on a support contract, the yearly update is a paid service
These services are not covered in a support contract:
- Set up assistance
- Personal training
- Assistance to reconcile transactions or resolve accounting issues
- Printer and Email setup
- Transfer of SoEasy to another PC
- The sale of your Business
- Development
